I visited for my birthday weekend and I got exactly what I wanted a nice peaceful relaxing location the brightness of the place alot of sun light in the winter, very clean, a really nice kitchen. I was welcome with a cute birthday gift can’t express how special that made me feel. Even though it was cold outside I still walked the pier, I can only imagine how beautiful it would have been to sit by the water at night, so I have to revisit during warmer weather. I can go on about how pleasant and pleased I was with my stay but if I could give it a 10 I would 😍 OH I almost forgot I love the open window
I recently spent a wonderful time at this place with my son, his friend, and his friend’s father. The atmosphere was clean and quiet—perfect for relaxing and enjoying each other’s company. We had a great time listening to music, chatting, and sharing BBQ at fire pit. One of the highlights was waking up to the breathtaking scenery at the pier in the morning—it was absolutely stunning and peaceful. A truly memorable experience!
If you’re looking for a peaceful, quiet, and cozy place to stay, while fishing and crabbing, this is the cottage to stay in. We enjoyed our time there, experiencing the waters from the backyard pier, and exploring the local stores, and enjoying the quiet nights. It’s a nice little spot to get away.
We loved the dock and grilling/ fire pit. Sunset on the kayak was the best part.
A beautiful place. Amazingly peaceful with an incredible dock on a bay with very little activity & nice views. Great crabbing.

Our stay , Jul 15-18th 2025 , was spectacular! Our host( Earl) ensured we had everything available that was offered online. We decided on the 2 bdrm cottage and was not disappointed. It was fully stocked, with essentials and very clean and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the peacefullness and that the pier was just steps away. The view was spectacular, so serene. And lastly, Its been yrs since I attempted to crab but because our host provided the traps , I went for it and felt like a teen again. Kudos to the Earl/Robin. I wll definitely plan a return trip very soon!

Our family of 4 stayed a weekend at the cottage! Earl was very friendly and the property was beautiful! It comes stocked with appliances and linens. Overall our stay was everything we hoped of would be and we will definitely be back!!

Earl and Robin were excellent hosts during our entire stay, from the minute we booked, their were open lines of communication and a sense of welcomeness. From the minute we arrived, we felt at home and took in the beautiful cottage and everything the property offered. We went kayaking, pedal boating, fishing and crabbing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage exceeded expectations and we will definitely be coming back. Thanks Earl and Robin for providing our family a most memorable vacation and being such gracious hosts!
Delightful stay tucked in Piney Point. Excellent accommodations, very clean, very organized, special thoughtful touches that shows the owner knows how to manage his business, with a personal touch. Great fishing off the pier with 19 non- keeper fish caught and released! Bring your own pole but kayaks were enjoyed by other guests who kept the laughter going. Enjoyed immensely!
Our hosts were nothing short of amazing. It felt like home away from home, minus the distractions. The property, along with the many things to do, was what we needed. This peaceful oasis allowed us to get away from the many demands of a life full of business deals, grand babies, and ministry commitments. The opportunity for our boys to learn some new skills fishing, crabbing, and in being introduced to games we played as children (bean bag toss, horseshoes), brought a sense of family time long forgotten.
Everyone agreed, we will be returning. Thanks again to this well established and run airbnb.

The hosts went above and beyond and provided a welcome basket and there are many fun activities including biking, water sports and a dock for fishing and crabbing.
If you are looking for a quiet relaxing getaway, this will not disappoint.
This is a great place to stay and the hosts are exceptional. Not only is the location great, views from the home, on the water with a pier, but the hosts offering of bikes, kayaks, paddle boat, fishing and crab traps really take it to the next level. Add those amenities to the package and the value of the booking would be hard to beat. If you are looking for a peaceful get away this is it. Coupled with the fact that Earl and Robin go out of their way to accommodate guests it really is an ideal set up! Hope to be back again in the future.

Earl and Robin were wonderful. My sister and I loved the privacy of the cottage and enjoyed being on the water. In the mornings, I would sit at the firepit and read without a disturbance. I love that there were kayaks and bikes for use right on the property. We loved kayaking in the creek but unfortunately did not get around o biking. Earl and Robin were responsive to multiple requests and so so friendly. Would definitely come back and recommend to friends and family!
Earl was a great host, and his property was beautiful! We came for relaxation and blue claws, and Earl’s place offered plenty of both! That beautiful dock that is shown in his pictures is solid, easy to walk and we knew it would be the perfect place for exactly the trip we had in mind! The accommodations were very comfortable and provided everything we needed. The sunrises over the bay were photo worthy and Earl has provided everything you might need to have a great time at the edge of the water! I’m sure we be coming back!
Me and my bestie absolutely loved our stay. We had plenty of room in the cottage. There were ample towels, the kitchen had everything we needed. The yellow and grey color scheme was really nice. The scenery was magnificent. All the amenities that are listed were available. We had lots of fun on the pedal boat and we caught a few crabs.
Earl lives on the property and is a really nice person. We had no idea what we were doing when we were crabbing and he coached us through it. I was worried that our questions would become annoying, but he was as pleasant and responsive as ever.
I feel he went above and beyond when it come to making sure we were happy. Oh and his wife was super sweet as well.
We will definitely be back!
A wonderful place to stay for our long weekend getaway. It was spotlessly clean, had all necessary amenities, easy to get to and to find, great instructions for arrival and departure. The host was exceptionally responsive and helpful. Although there is a restaurant and a few small convenience stores nearby, this place really stands out for its gorgeous, serene, quiet place out in nature. The perfect antidote to modern city living. There were a variety of activities available, although we did not partake of them. Would highly recommend this location for anyone wishing to get away to a beautiful, quiet place.

Had such a lovely stay. Exactly what we were looking for. Spent hours fishing and crabbing off the dock, sitting under the stars, and wandering the local area. A great getaway from everything!
